ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was turned away from 2 other national windshield replacement companies due to "need to clear codes" before replacing windshield and Honda and another chain mechanic would not clear the codes "until windshield replaced." I got a referral to Glass Detail, and Travis was a ROCK STAR and took hours, yes hours, each week for 4 weeks, yes 4 weeks, working with my insurance and honda to make sure it is done and done correctly. They not only came to my home to replace my glass, but they replaced the camera (which was the code issue) and calibrated the camera at my home. I am gushing over them because they helped me when no one else would.

I never thought a windshield replacement could leave me utterly impressed, but it truly did. The entire experience, from Sharon's recommendation to Travis's assistance in filing my claim and scheduling my appointment, was exceptionally pleasant. I made the call on a Tuesday afternoon, and by the next morning, my windshield was already being replaced. The communication was top-notch; they provided advance notice of the technician's arrival, who not only arrived within the promised timeframe but also completed the work efficiently.

When I called Travis about our windshields that were cracked he picked up right away. We chatted through all our cracks and the he got right on the phone with me and the insurance company to check our coverage. Within a half hour we were all set and they came out two days later to our home for the work. We had Jason and Jordan out and they were phenomenal! Jason was willing to answer all my many questions so patently and informatively! He really knew his stuff. They were prompt on anrrival and efficient working on both our cars at the same time!
